The iconic snowy images of Andy Hampsten toiling away in  the 1988 Giro d’Italia is the genesis for this marvellous Passo di Gavia Cycling Print.

Set amidst a mountain backdrop a lone rider is caught in a snow storm, as is so often the way in the high mountains where unpredictability of the climate is so common.

Standing at 2621m aside the mighty Stelvio the Gavia is the 10th highest paved road in the alps; and one of the most famous climbs among the cycling world.

This original cycling art is printed on museum quality thick, archival, acid-free paper.
